i am Tamara, professional coach for creatives & entrepreneurs, visual artist and digital nomad. to be honest i’m simply passionate about asking powerful questions.

my interests are people and animals, art and culture, photowalks and zazen, сosmos and space, neurophysiology and reality.

my Mission & Approach

my passion is supporting people to fulfill their potential, whatever that means to them, and the ripple effect that has on society and the world. i just do my thing being a catalyst for transformations.

i’m grateful to live an interesting life full of adventures and stay opened to new experiences, which enrich my iintegral approach to work with different people.

  • for over 17 years i’ve been helping creative people and entrepreneurs to build and promote their brands. i’ve made market research, strategies, logos, designs and websites. i talked to my clients to clarify their dreams.

  • last 5 years i’m happily focused only on my personal freelance and entrepreneur practice

  • i’ve been working for a big company with a design team in Marketing Department for almost 10 years.

  • i became UpWork Certified Graphic and Web Designer in 2021

  • as a photographer and objects-creator i took part in 11 contemporary art exhibitions in Berlin and Moscow

my own journey to self discovery

i was born, raised and worked in Moscow. in my “past” life, i was a leading offline and online designer in a corporation for almost 10 years, until my life was illuminated by a ray of personal sessions with a coach. after catching several insights and completing a course in contemporary art at MOMA, I took my chance and changed my life completely, which i am very happy about.

to make a long story short, i have been on the road for 5 years by now. in the meanwhile i traveled to 25 countries – the longest i lived in Berlin, Thailand, Vietnam, Uruguay, Costa Rica and Mexico. right now i’m with my favorite buddy Jack Russell 🐶 Alice i’m an the shores of the magical Red Sea in ancient Egypt – my seventh relocation is very sunny 🌞
